Our management team is experienced in the administration of share trust for commercial and private purposes. Currently, we have:-

• Acted as share trustee for special purpose vehicles (SPV) by way of a discretionary trust for the benefit of named beneficiaries.
• The share trustee shall agree and undertake to the other parties to the trust deed that the trust shall be administered in accordance with the trust deed.
• The share trustee will do such act and sign such documents as may be required to be done or signed by a shareholder of the SPV
